Continental is seeking an experienced Interim FF Manager to support the Head of FF in ensuring timely, qualitative, and quantitative production and delivery of products to customers at the right cost. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, quality management, and process improvement.

• Ensure on-time production and delivery of products to customers
• Plan and control costs, resources, and equipment
• Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and productivity
• Develop and implement quality and productivity improvement plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Strong background in manufacturing operations and quality management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with process improvement and change management
