About the Role

As a Revenue Accountant at Google, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, and provide insights to drive effective management decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Experience with IFRS, US GAAP, or Mexican FRS, with a focus on revenue recognition.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MBA, or MSA.
  • Experience with processes, controls, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment and to drive complex operational initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with excellent business acumen.
