- Manage metrics and advanced reporting techniques to drive business decisions.
- Analyze features and contribute to the design from the customer's perspective to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Partner across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort.
- Independently own projects and mentor the team on process and product capabilities.
- Actively participate in requirements reviews and provide recommendations to drive product innovation.
- Estimate new software changes and conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
We are looking for a highly experienced QA engineer or software tester with a strong background in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures. You should have extensive knowledge of QA tools and methodologies, as well as experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual test cases and analyzing manual test case results.
You should be able to work independently and in a team, with the ability to lead a team and estimate timelines for tasks and lead the team in meeting defined goals. Experience working in multi-tiered environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) and working knowledge of REST APIs as a developer or tester are also essential.
