Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer - Bridge Design and Construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting structural analysis and design of bridge structures, preparing construction plans and schedules, establishing construction budgets, and maintaining quality control of the design process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structural analysis and design of bridge structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed construction plans and schedules, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Establish and manage construction budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and control.
- Maintain quality control of the design process, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with project team members, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- 6+ years of experience in bridge design and construction, with a strong background in structural analysis and design.
- Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and other relevant industry standards.
- Experience with structural analysis software, such as Bentley, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with materials and construction techniques used in bridge design.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
