Job Description

We are seeking a Piping Supervisor to join our team in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. The successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for ensuring that field construction, performed by Technip Energies' subcontractors, follows specifications and drawings as noted in the subcontract documents in terms of HSE, quality, and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide substantial technical support to the supervision team to facilitate work execution.
  • Ensure construction work proceeds in conformity with schedule, quality, and HSE.
  • Ensure proper preparation before any new construction activity begins and report any deficiencies or impediments to the Manager.
  • Assist contractors in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems, and connect with the appropriate entities.
  • Ensure appropriate coordination of the discipline with other discipline supervisors.
  • Advise the Discipline Superintendent of any deficiency at site.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or equivalent in construction of Oil & Gas & Petrochemicals or other industry facilities. A Technical/Bachelor Degree is required, and fluency in English is essential.
