  • Prepare and present formal reports to colleagues and management, sharing best practices in account management and technical expertise.
  • Maintain a detailed Launch Plan based on established templates, focusing on daily follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure proper sourcing of external suppliers for equipment or services.
  • Compile and distribute weekly or bi-weekly project status reports for review by the Steering Committee.
  • Timely communicate and escalate critical project issues to senior management.
  • Organize and lead project meetings to address all project aspects professionally.
  • Create a Project Evidence Binder in line with established standards, managing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project budgets, escalating any risks to senior management for alternative planning.
  • Provide leadership and training to project team members and new operational staff.
  • Manage the transition process to Operations at the appropriate time, in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Project Management within a logistics context; operational experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve work-related issues logically.
  • Ability to handle criticism and manage high-stress situations effectively.
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
