About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Governance Specialist to join our team at MX003 Marsh And Mclennan Servicios S.A. De Cv. As a Senior Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain metadata to support financial reporting systems, including assigning properties for internal and external reporting.
  • Provide data governance support by assisting users in diagnosing and resolving financial reporting issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with data governance projects, including periodic review of data for consistency and accuracy, testing and implementation of hierarchies and related structures.
  • Provide administrative support, including process documentation development and maintenance, and managing team metrics and project reporting updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with data governance, data meta management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Oracle EBS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
