Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Operario Torreon to join our team. As an Operario Torreon, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks and supporting our experienced operators. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of basic tasks with a low/zero technical level.
- Support experienced operators in their daily tasks.
- Perform tasks in the workshop, including the use of computers and basic software.
- Fill out basic forms for process execution.
- Attend to unexpected tasks and work in a team environment.
- Meet quality and safety standards for internal processes.
- Participate in safety brigades and company/syndicate initiatives.
- Follow HR and safety rules.
- Follow technical processes in the operation, tool room, and other operational areas.
- Work under pressure with daily objectives to meet.
- Be available to work in any shift (morning, afternoon, or night).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and safety concepts. Additionally, you should be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
