Design System Product Lead

At Stori, we're revolutionizing credit access for underbanked consumers in Latin America. Our fast-growing financial technology company is seeking a talented Design System Product Lead to join our team and drive the strategy, leadership, and execution of DeLorean, our powerful design system.

About the Role

As a Design System Product Lead, you'll work closely with our Tech Lead, Product Design lead, and a team of engineers and DS advocates to deliver iterative versions of DeLorean. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in understanding user needs and translating them into a scalable solution. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including brand, tech, PD, CRM, regulatory, and more, to enhance our product experience through high-quality libraries used by over 150 Storians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy for DeLorean, our design system
  • Lead the design and development of DeLorean components and libraries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DeLorean into our products
  • Work closely with the Tech Lead and Product Design lead to prioritize and deliver features
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions
