Job Summary
The Cleanliness Specialist is responsible for identifying and mitigating the impact of residual particles from raw materials, manufacturing processes, handling processes, machines, packaging, and personnel on product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cleanliness audits in production lines to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
- Monitor particle measurement results and report deviations to the value stream responsible and quality area.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address cleanliness issues.
- Create comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure cleanliness status.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Environmental Engineer degree.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
