We're looking for a Product Quality Assurance Specialist (Automotive) in Juarez Norte to join our extraordinary teams building great products. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves:
Developing Quality Standards
- Establishes standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Designs sampling procedures and develops forms and instructions for recording quality data.
- Devises methods for disposition of discrepant material and assesses cost and responsibility.
Quality Control Leadership
- DIRECTS workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating quality data.
- Compiles and writes training material on quality control activities.
Collaboration and Customer Service
- SUPPORTS Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces on quality-related issues.
- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical, and people skills, as well as customer relationship skills.
This position requires:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in Automotive Industry.
- Ability to provide input for team decisions.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with:
- Customer service and attention to detail.
- Managing control plans and PFMEA.
- Ensuring data availability and integrity for all quality-related data.
We offer a competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll receive:
