About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class consumer and dealer experiences for Gm Financial products, platforms, or enabling services. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to optimize technology and meet/exceed customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and develop technologies using insights from market trends, benchmarking, and customer needs.
  • Lead initiatives and support across IO and GM-related projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement for assigned digital products, platforms, or enabling services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Transform requirements into system deliverables and drive an efficient prioritization process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
  • Knowledge and experience of vehicle retail and insurance finance, as well as working in open finance, digital payments, and customer validation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of standard Project Management, Business Process Management, and Quality Assurance methodology and practices.
  • Proven expertise in Agile Framework and Scrum Methodologies.
  • Effective written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate well with IO leadership.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with internal and external partners.
