Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building relationships with new customers and driving revenue growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in full-cycle direct sales, with experience selling into industries such as transportation and logistics.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets in the Mexico market
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction

Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, and/or safety a plus
- Strong understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools
