About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Backbase. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery and execution of digital consumer-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Delivery Team to plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and manage all stakeholders on project status.
- Identify project bottlenecks or roadblocks and resolve them in a quick and professional manner.
- Develop, teach, support, and lead project teams in delivering amazing enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to plan, schedule, and propose projects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT implementation, technical project management, and agile methodologies.
- 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
- 7+ years of work experience with a strong background in project management.
- Integrated end-to-end web-based projects with a minimum of 3 projects.
- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English is an absolute must.
- Experience in the finance industry.
