Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRO Buyer Specialist to join our team at Hyundai De México, S.A. De C.V. in the Procurement department. As an MRO Buyer Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement of MRO Items: Source and procure MRO items, including materials, equipment, and services, to meet the needs of our operations.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of MRO items and optimal pricing.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, including tracking and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage internal inventories of MRO items, including distribution and final payments.
  • Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing for MRO items.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: 80% spoken and 90% written
  • Technical Skills: SAP, Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in MRO procurement, supplier negotiation, and customer service
  • Education: Título Profesional

Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to supplier sites
