Debt Settlement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Settlement Specialist to join our team at LeadAdvisors. As a key member of our Financial Specialist Sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families overcome financial challenges and debt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by promoting our financial products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial markets and regulations.
  • Negotiate account settlements within established guidelines.
  • Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide them toward the best course of action.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
  • Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
