Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues on ICH GCP, ICON SOPs/WPs, and all stages of study set-up, monitoring, and study close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expert Advisor: Act as an expert advisor on ICH GCP, ICON SOPs/WPs, and all stages of study set-up, monitoring, and study close-out for less experienced colleagues.
  2. Study Management: Become involved, when required, in other areas of study management and staff training and contribute to the review of ICON systems and procedures as appropriate.
  3. Site Management: Identify, select, initiate, and close-out appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies. Monitor those sites in order to ensure that studies are carried out according to the study protocol, ICON SOPs/WPs, applicable regulations, and the principles of ICH-GCP.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or other relevant field of study.
  2. Experience: Previous experience supporting clinical trials, including 3-4 years of on-site monitoring experience.
  3. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in oncology is a plus. Travel is required. All employees must read, write, and speak fluent English and host country language.
