Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Coordinator to join our team at John Deere. As a key member of our health and safety team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret medical information and provide input on new standards and protocols for assessment.
  • Explore comprehensive medical information to theorize about sources of pathologies and make diagnoses for treatment.
  • Develop and deliver treatment plans, and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
  • Navigate complex issues with patients and families, exercising critical judgment in varying situations.
  • Review analytical results and provide insights to support quality change initiatives or continuous operational improvements.
  • Maintain or operate health record indexes or storage and retrieval systems, and analyze patient and medical records data to identify problems and trends.
  • Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, and maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
  • Achieve specific goals for a designated part of a research program, and develop a personal program of funded research to acquire funding for gap support and research.

Requirements

  • Physician degree and specialization in occupational health.
  • Basic knowledge of Mexican Occupational Health legislation, hygiene, and STPS legislation.
  • Strategies for wellbeing and data analytics skills.
