About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Medtronic as a Quality Systems Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that meet regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulations, and internal guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Work with operating entities to provide process analysis and oversight to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
- Lead audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings, and liaise with auditing groups and inspectors.
- Prepare reports and documentation, and provide to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Coordinate legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.
- Ensure quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial statements.
- Program Manager Certification in Inventory Reduction.
