Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing the safety domain on our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze external and internal requirements of the safety domain, including regulatory watch and prescriptions.
- Develop and propose action plans based on gap analyses to ensure compliance with internal regulations and requirements.
- Ensure the site has relevant and exhaustive risk analyses and define action plans accordingly.
- Participate in or lead business meetings and share good practices within the site and across the country.
- Present the annual review of the safety domain during the EP Management System Review of the site.
- Provide technical support in the safety domain during audits and crises.
- Conduct specific projects in the field, such as transversal management, and participate in audits of other sites or conduct audits.
- Coordinate the safety domain at the country level, under the guidance of the time zone.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and requirements.
- Ability to analyze and develop action plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
