Sales Executive Role Summary

The Sales Executive role entails presenting and engaging guests in the opportunity to acquire a vacation ownership experience.

Main Responsibilities and Key Qualifications
  • Presenting the vacation ownership concept to guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Utilizing approved sales materials and adhering to established sales protocols.
  • Achieving individual performance goals within specified timeframes, contributing to overall site performance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, as outlined in training and management direction.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor products through required training sessions.
Required Skills and Competencies

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, flexibility in scheduling, and prior experience in Vacation Ownership Sales.

Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask.
