Your Role: VP of Sales

You will be an instrumental figure on our senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Sales function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will define and implement Sales strategies to supercharge customer acquisition and expansion.

As a senior sales leader, you will scale the team, accelerate revenue growth, fine-tune the sales process, and lead revenue generation efforts. Your expertise will transform our go-to-market strategy and establish a world-class sales organization built on principles of sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and launch a brand-aligned GTM strategy, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Executive team to measure and define what's working.
  • Lead marketing refinement, reviewing ROI for marketing efforts and partnering with the Director, Marketing to identify high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead sales enablement, ensuring the right processes are in place to capitalize on leads from various clients, including B2B SaaS, ecommerce, Health, and Wellness groups.
  • Launch outbound practices (ABM, Paid Media, thoughtful outreach) to increase lead numbers and explore strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
  • Hire and develop your org, building and executing against a defined hiring plan while continuously developing new and existing team members.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years direct experience in Sales and 5+ years leading teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in successfully taking a company from ~$25M to ~$100M in ARR.
  • A successful track record of collecting and managing multiple business line forecasts with accuracy and predictability throughout the sales funnel.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
What We Offer:

Competitive compensation package, OTE 300,000 MXN per annum, plus benefits.
