NPL Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled NPL Engineer to join our team at Continental Automotive Mexicana, S. de R.L. de C.V. in SILAO. As an NPL Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.

• Coordinate with Project Management to review project timelines, deliverables, and key activities.
• Evaluate team member performance and actively manage resource allocation.
• Assign tasks to project team members and oversee the implementation of equipment and processes.
• Control project activities, track progress, and define corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure cost control, aligning capital spends with approved authorizations and budgets.
• Minimize excess and obsolete material associated with product changes.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project plans, eCRs, and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in various functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with international teams and experience in multicultural nationality projects.
• Knowledge of English.
