About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team at Pitco Llc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on controls engineering, robot programming, and project management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and set recruiting strategies
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of controls engineering, robot programming, and project management roles within the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for automotive, life sciences, and food and beverage manufacturers
  • Knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and techniques
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or related field
