Key Responsibilities- MCAD Tools Administration: Administer and maintain the MCAD tools environment, including installation, configuration, and customization to meet the organization's needs.
- Customization and Development: Customize and develop MCAD tools functionalities and automation to improve design and engineering processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users of MCAD software, addressing and resolving software-related issues in a timely manner.
- Procedure Development: Contribute to the development of standardized procedures, methods, tutorials, and best practices for MCAD application support and utilization.
- User Training: Conduct user sharing sessions to enhance the proficiency of MCAD application users and promote best practices for efficient utilization.
- Software Evaluation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, evaluate, and implement new software releases, updates, and customizations.
- Test Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Test campaigns and Hypercare Support campaigns for software implementation.
- Integration and Automation: Work closely with the IT and engineering departments to streamline the integration and functionality of MCAD applications within the digital engineering environment.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and support.
- Strong Mechanical CAD Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Mechanical CAD tools like CREO Parametric, CE-Tol, and others.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to understand business requirements related to tolerance analysis domain, document, and explain those requirements to vendors, promote best practices for mechanical design.
- Product Data Management: Understand Product Data Management and Product Evolution Process.
- IT Applications Configuration: Open to learn about IT applications configuration and application management.
- Model Based Design: Knowledge of Model Based Design is a plus.
- Agile Mindset: Agile mindset and Scrum practices are a plus.
- Experience and Education: Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in design and development of electromechanical products or design Methods and Tools. Good level of technical proficiency in English.
