**Program Overview:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join the ABB Electrification team as a Rotational Trainee and participate in the Rotational Trainee Program.
**Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will:
- Gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader
- Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services
- Participate in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills
- Deliver assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period
- Contribute to diverse social events and team activities
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with no more than 3 years of experience
- A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
- Technical knowledge in programming with VBA and SQL
- Effective communication skills in English at an advanced level
