About the Role

At Genesis Management, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead a Winning Team Culture: Foster a dynamic and engaging environment where the sales team thrives, is motivated, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.
  • Lead and Inspire: Drive the success of the operations sales team by continuously supervising, coaching, and developing team members to not just meet but exceed performance expectations.
  • Champion Performance: Ensure compliance with performance standards, help the team identify and address challenges, and develop action plans to seize every opportunity for growth.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee processes and SLAs, ensuring everything is on track and operating seamlessly.
  • Elevate Training and Development: Collaborate closely with the Sales Trainer to assess and enhance the quality of training programs, constantly refining materials to boost effectiveness.
  • Leverage Data for Success: Analyze performance reports to keep the sales and management teams informed and ready to tackle areas for improvement.
  • Build a Winning Team: Play an active role in recruiting and hiring new associates who are ready to make an impact.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software, good understanding of management practices and techniques, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and adaptability to changes.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $30, $35 per month + Monthly Bonus.
  • Full-time Position: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (No Weekends, No Evenings).
