- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, including statistical process control and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
