During this internship, you will acquire skills in:

  • Intermediate Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Risk analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of internal TGCS processes.
  • Relationships with different people in the TGCS organization chart.
  • Communication with different levels of the Toshiba organization and customers.

Upon completion of this internship, you are expected to have gained knowledge in:

  • The delivery process inside Toshiba for Toshiba products and third-party products.
  • Identifying points of risk in logistics delivery of a customer solution.
  • Familiarity with the ecosystem of internal Toshiba areas as well as external areas (customers).
  • Developing strategies for projects and integrating different areas within Toshiba.

This internship requires:

  • A structured and organized approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.

Main activities include:

  • FOLLOWING THE COMPLETE END-TO-END LOGISTICS PROCESS FOR NEW PROJECT DELIVERY.
  • MANAGING THE INTERNAL PURCHASE ORDER DATABASE.
  • TRACKING PROPOSAL CREATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS.

This role is located in Mexico City, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a presential setting at the Toshiba office.
