About Synergy Expat Jobs: We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in expat placements. Job Profile: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to spearhead our greenfield Confectionery Project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of heading a plant independently and possess expert knowledge of hard boiled candy, lollipop, chewing gums, etc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and procure machinery, installation, and erection of plant
  • Develop recipes and product mix
  • Manage complete operations, including production, marketing, and raw material sourcing
  • Ensure profitability and best use of Man, Machines, and Resources
Requirements:
  • Confectionery Industry professionals with experience of heading a Plant independently
  • Expert knowledge of hard boiled candy, lollipop, chewing gums, etc.
  • Greenfield Project experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and man management skills
  • Good command over oral and written English
