Lawyer Position for Advertising and Claims Review
The Counsel for Advertising & Claims Review is a junior level attorney position at Herbalife Internacional De México in Guadalajara, Jalisco. As a liaison between Legal and departments responsible for marketing and advertising, this person will provide legal review of advertising materials to ensure compliance with applicable law and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Review advertising, marketing, and promotional materials for compliance with applicable law and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with Legal and marketing teams to develop and produce marketing and advertising programs.
- Ensure that advertising and marketing materials are accurate, clear, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act and claims compliance is a plus.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience as an attorney (1 year or more in a large law firm or in-house experience preferred).
- Strong interest in Advertising Law.
- Experience reviewing advertising, marketing, and/or promotional materials.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
