Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plant, ensuring that all aspects of production, staffing, planning, inventory, and warehouse management are running smoothly. This is a key leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Plant Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and quality, ensuring that all aspects of production are meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Manage Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Plan and Manage Resources: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure that the plant is operating within its means and achieving its objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all plant operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risk and ensuring that the company's reputation is maintained.
