Laboratorios Scantibodies S.A De C.V seeks a highly experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial stability.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and taxation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing teams and developing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead the financial analysis and reporting process, providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
