Overview

As a Consumer MCC Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring data fidelity within our ROIe and RTO solution by leveraging stakeholder management and data ecosystem expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data fidelity within ROIe and RTO solution by leveraging stakeholder management and data ecosystem expertise.
  • Improve team efficiency through automation of reporting.
  • Diagnose and proactively resolve data integrity questions, and QA support across internal and external media tracking tools.
  • Identify opportunities to develop, test, and deploy data quality process enhancements and develop data controls.
  • Work with large and complex custom, and syndicated, data sets to identify issues and determine actionable resolutions.
  • Serve as a counterpart during weekly QA calls with teams to create streamlined solutions.
  • Develop automated post-campaign analytic reporting.
  • Work with cross functional teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Lead analytics projects around measurement, tracking, and planning to enhance data quality and usage across our partners.
  • Leverage live digital media campaign tracking tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues and identify information needs.
  • Validate data matches to expectation across multiple sources & validate ROIe (MMM) model results.
  • Build knowledge of iconic PepsiCo brand media campaigns such as Gatorade, Pepsi and Mtn Dew to ensure data media data is associated with the correct campaigns.
  • Develop Circana/syndicated data skills to understand logical relationship between business changes and business drivers.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis and engineering. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome.
  • Preference for digital/media background.
  • Agency background preferred.
  • Data visualization experience with Excel required; experience in Datorama, Power BI, or similar a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating.
  • Proven oral and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work as a key member of cross functional project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
