About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager - Tech Lead to support our teams in managing projects and creating proposals for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of project management expertise, full stack development experience, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  1. Fluent English is a must (this role reports to our MS Director in Brazil)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  3. Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  4. Extensive experience as a full stack developer with proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Java,.Net, NodeJs, ReactJS, VueJS, or other relevant languages
  5. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  9. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
