About the Role

Colegio Peterson is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our school and attract new students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our school's strengths and services to internal and external audiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective parents, the community, feeder schools, and media outlets to enhance our school's visibility and reputation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and communications team to ensure the successful execution of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, posters, videos, and social media content, to effectively communicate our school's offerings and engage with target audiences.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize various events, such as open houses, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives, to attract new students and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Media Relations and PR: Assist in developing and executing PR initiatives across digital and offline channels to enhance our school's brand awareness and manage relationships with media outlets for positive coverage.
  • Budget Management: Help manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gather insights into parent needs, and propose innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Multilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure clear and accurate communication.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the role, including occasional evening and weekend work, and readiness to change between school locations if necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expert proficiency in English.
  • University degree in a related field.
