Installation Manager

Alstom is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and supervising the execution of installation work on field and onboard, ensuring that all activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare installation work, including 4M checklist, material availability, design documents, tools, and skilled resources.
- Train and support installation workers and subcontractors on working fronts, clarifying doubts and task priorities.
- Supervise execution of installation work, applying method statements and installation procedures, and ensuring EHS requirements are met.
- Report progress and issues to the PrIM and quality team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Ensure activities are carried out as per schedule, within productivity requirements, and in line with quality standards.
- Ensure EHS rules are strictly applied by installation workers, including subcontractors.
- Report non-conformances observed on site to the PrIM and quality team.
- Support the handover process and report to the T&C team and customer.
