Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to leverage business opportunities and optimize the convenience, availability, and global reach of the Internet.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business, with a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, track resource utilization, and organize workflow to maximize productivity and engagement.
- Support the review and interpretation of creative briefs, document customer goals and business requirements, and ensure they fit within project parameters.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and producers to develop effective end-to-end customer experiences across all channels.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management and creative direction.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince others.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of latitude and discretion.
- Fluency in English is required.
