Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Ad Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Edit 15-20 unique short-form ads per week, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a fast turnaround time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and objectives.
  • Content Enhancement: Apply creative storytelling techniques, transitions, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance videos.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistent workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Long-Form Content: Assist in editing longer-form content, such as video sales letters (VSLs), as needed.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of our videos.
  • Team Participation: Participate in team meetings and provide input on creative concepts and content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in video editing, especially in creating short-form ads.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software, familiarity with feedback and revisions, and comfortable using Slack for team communication.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a creative mindset.
