- The efficiency of interventions is guaranteed (means implemented, cost of IT services, adapted use of hotlines and supports)
- The technical and operational documents are compliant and updated (park management, lists of materials and software, source files, backups, training materials...)
- Guarantee of computer safety rules in the factory, (inform users)
- Incident tracking and escalation to the internal or external expert level
- Archiving and updating all technical documentation and backups
- Improvement of the skills maintainers 1st level (maintenance personnel sectors trained in the establishment of the first diagnosis)
