Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Rosewood Hotel Group team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand's image. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Manage the resort's website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to support the execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Act as the lead contact with the Corporate Digital Marketing & eCommerce team for Rosewood Mandarina
  • Develop promotional materials for sales and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plans and budget process
  • Prepare and submit timely monthly reports to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

Requirements

  • Four years of digital/e-commerce experience; previous experience with a luxury/hospitality brand preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/communications or related discipline
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage strategy and analyze data
  • Proficiency with analytics and design platforms
  • Strong English language, grammar, and editorial skills

Physical Demands

Reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing. Frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting property. Constant need to perform grasping, turning, finger dexterity. Occasional need to stand for long periods of time. Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally. Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arm's reach.
