Role Definition : Creates employee communications content; participates in the execution of employee communications programs within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and advises on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts.
- Tracks and analyzes metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
- Assists in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels; ensures that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
- Develops and distributes communications materials, such as written communications, presentation materials, etc. to deliver key messages.
Key Skills:
- Effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.
- Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.
- Knowledge of techniques and media for internal communications; ability to produce and distribute news, newsletters and other communications materials targeted at the employees.
- Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and procedures; ability to use installed audio, visual and animation software tools to produce multimedia publications.
Requirements:
- Completed university degree or degree related to Communications.
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, business communication, experience in internal and external communication, experience in social networks.
- Skills to prevent communication gaps.
- Experience in creating digital content in audio and video photography.
- Strong experience in managing design platforms, including audio, photography, and video tools.
- Experience in strategies for business communication, business experience and corporate image.
- Experience in dissemination strategies to increase the positive impact of socially responsible companies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, proactive, focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
- Advanced English is required.
