Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance colleagues to ensure timely completion of work orders and optimal machinery operation.
• Manage spare parts inventory, optimizing ordering and stocking processes.
• Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance colleagues.

Safety Policies:

• Adhere to all plant safety policies, participating in safety initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Requirements:

• Typically a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• A mechanical background and direct maintenance experience, with knowledge of hand, power, and specialty tools.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Salary: $48/hour
