Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team in the North American region. This role will involve managing online communities and the SRP platform, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering online communities, including database management and recruitment
  • Managing the incentive program for panel members, including role assignments, rank categories, and unsubscriptions
  • Field monitoring and sample identification

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Market Research or online project management
  • Bilingual with high English proficiency, as daily interactions with the US SMX team are required
