**Real Estate Operations Director (Full-Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

Oversee all administrative and transactional activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.

Manage systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead tracking and follow-up, and overall office administration, driving efficiency and productivity.

Oversee all financial operations, including maintaining profit & loss reports, and managing payments and budgets, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting.

Coordinate the acquisition of office hardware, promotional materials, and other business-oriented supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and functional work environment.

Develop and update a comprehensive business operations manual and job descriptions/employment contracts for future hires, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires, fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Oversee the team's CRM, digital platforms, and database growth, ensuring effective use of technology and data-driven decision making.

Enforce accountability of agents regarding agreed lead generation and sales tasks, driving sales performance and revenue growth.

Ensure the ongoing tracking of performance KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to administrative personnel.

Conduct performance evaluations for administrative personnel, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth and development.

Manage personnel records, vacation days, and sick days, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

**Requirements**:

At least 2 years of experience in a management position, with a proven track record of success in administrative and transactional operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding performance expectations.

Managing sales force, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and revenue growth.

Enforce agent and administrative staff accountability, ensuring a culture of transparency and accountability.

Positive attitude with a willingness to grow and learn in the field, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

**Compensation**: Starting salary $40,000 - $60,000 pesos per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance.
