Customer Support Specialist for Lighting Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Resolution Senior Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to our channel customers by maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you are a team player with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Order Entry: Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry into our order management system.
- Order Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, expediting orders, addressing status updates, and resolving any changes or issues that may arise during the order lifecycle.
- Post-Sales/Warranties: Provide assistance to customers regarding potential post-sales issues, validate inquiries, and seek clarification when necessary.
- Electrical Distributor experience is highly desirable.
- A background in Lighting Industry Customer Service is preferred.
- Account or Project management experience, including certification like PMP, is an asset.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
