Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow System Analyst to fortify our ServiceNow development team. The Senior Advisor will manage highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Develop mission-critical process flows and solutions for business problems.
  • Oversee the validity of data entered into established tables, fields, and system databases.
  • Build and produce complex reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.
  • Oversee system upgrades, including planning and scheduling, coordination, and deploying.
  • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-user issues.
  • Ability to lead teams collaboratively.
  • Ability to design highly complex systems and tools.
  • Oversee management and strategy of documentation processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Strategize IT solutions.
  • Highly experienced in effectively providing direction to manage in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to identify and manage process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lead business partner and stakeholder discussions to determine business objectives and translate these into detailed requirements for software developers.
  • Lead solution development through extensive knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, operational process development experience while demonstrating creativity, innovation, and ingenuity.
  • Champion significant projects and/or initiatives.
  • Lead IT software developers through technical decisions that accomplish business outcomes, meet Information Security requirements, and compatible with time/resource constraints.
  • Identify project or initiative milestones and phases to align with timeframes and budget.
  • Perform effective organizational change management practices and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Manage software development team delivery to optimize business value by aligning development activity with organizational priorities.
