**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and validate journal vouchers.
- Provide complex financial analysis for financial functions or businesses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
- Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.
- Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities.
- Identify issues and propose solutions.
- Represent finance on cross-functional teams.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.
**Required Qualifications:**
- First-level university degree with a focus in business or finance; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
**Desired Skills and Knowledge:**
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of Master Data processes.
- Expense management experience highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good business acumen.
