Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to join our team at Sanmina Corporation. As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality user manuals, guides, and documentation for our software and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write user manuals for new software and edit user manuals to reflect software upgrades
  • Write accompanying step-by-step how-to documents
  • Publish release notes
  • Manage templates and folders
  • Make changes to policy documents
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Write and edit whitepapers
  • Peer review all documents for non-native English speakers
  • Test software for medical compliance
  • Edit requirement documents and test cases
  • Other writing assignments to support software development as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Information Systems
  • 2-4 years of experience in content development or a related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Technology savvy, with experience editing complex technical documents
  • Experience working with content editors and non-native English speakers
  • Knowledge of manufacturing experience and software development
