Account Representative

Job Summary

Fortune Fashions Baja Ensenada seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Representative to maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams regarding orders and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the work-in-progress (WIP) system and update it according to production reports and system information.
• Make a list of priorities for the arts and printing departments and send it to the respective team leads.
• Analyze priorities in the production guide and mark them accordingly.
• Perform general follow-up with production departments to ensure timely delivery of confirmed orders.
• Enter new orders into the online system and update any changes in orders.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related production experience.
• Apparel industry or related field experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required.

Working Conditions

Compensation

$3,500.00 per week
